About the Author
Joseph Walsh received his MSW and his Ph.D. from Ohio State University. He is Associate Professor of Social Work at Virginia Commonwealth University and teaches courses in generalist practice, clinical practice, research, and mental and emotional disorders. He has been a direct services practitioner in the field of mental health since 1974, first in a psychiatric hospital and later in community mental health center settings. Joe has provided services to older adult and general outpatient populations, but he specializes in services to people with serious mental illness and their families. He is the author of two other Brooks/Cole texts, CLINICAL CASE MANAGEMENT WITH PERSONS HAVING MENTAL ILLNESS and THEORIES FOR DIRECT SOCIAL WORK PRACTICE.

My book has been misprinted throughout the book and pages are overwritten with others. I would return the book however I must have it for class and have had to borrow others books for the pages that have been messed up.

Ok for review of power systems, However many typo's or errors. If I was Mr Syed A. Nasar I would be embarrased to have my name on this book. In the first chapter alone there are more than 10 errors. If anyone knows where to find the McGraw Hill errata page for this manual please post the URL, it will be a great service. If I find it I'll repost.

In view of the fact that "Ideal for self-study!" is one of the Schaum's milestone assertions, one could expect that those kinds of books are fully revised before being published. Unfortunately, it seems they are not. Nasar's book sounds interesting, but it has too many errors. This is of no help for those who want to prepare a subject by their own. I recommend not to buy this 1989 edition.

Changed: 2 (Wolf's Den)

Declan on yeah. He definitely wanted his mate Rachel but she kept fighting it. Until an attack on her best friend Chloe, with that Rachel had to accept everything. I can't wait for the next book in this series. I love Aline Hunters books, she rocks. She says you can read this book as a stand alone but in my thinking it is so much better to read Marked first and then Changed. That will let you understand everything that is going on.

Sexy Series.

Quick and enjoyable but nothing really happens in this series. If you enjoyed book 1 then you will enjoy book 2. Declan was very patient and sweet with Rachel and as usual the sex was hot. I'm looking forward to Shane's story.

I enjoy a good paranormal and this one didn't disappoint, it has a unique angle on wolves and mating and a mystery to keep you intrigued. I thought the characters were great Declan super sexy and Rachel is perfect for him, Declan is sweet and loving when he's with Rachel which I love. Rachel is my fav though she's tough as nails, no nonsense rough chick who just wants to be loved. I love these two characters together but like anything nothing is easy...Rachel is human and Declan isn't but the unimaginable happens and Rachel is lost in how to deal with her new life. Love the pack members especially Chloe and Jackson. Thought the story was very interesting kept me reading. Would love to read more total cliffhanger but I loved it.. ...4 stars

Beautiful to look at and delicious to eat

I received this book as a gift from a kindred cook when we moved away from Israel after living there for two years. It is so lovely to look through a cookbook that reminds me of my favorite part of living there - the food! I regularly make the basic hummus recipe, and was forever changed by the suggestion of the apricot glazed chicken recipe to fry my sliced lemongrass. Wonderful. The photos are beautiful and inspiring, and each recipe is contributed by a famous chef somewhere in Israel. This means most recipes are a little non-traditional (but still faithful to their Israeli roots) and require a little adventure on your part to try making them as written, such as buying fresh lemongrass. Or blackening eggplant only to pur�e the flesh for an amazing soup. Some pairings will seem a bit odd perhaps, but trust me, watermelon and feta were made to go together. I love this cookbook and have had several people become completely engrossed by it when they discover it on my shelf.
