The standard when it comes to RF and Microwave Semiconductors

This is the standard for RF and Microwave semiconductor devices such as the HEMT or HBT, countless books refer to this book, even the book Physics of Semiconductor Devices by Sze refers the reader to this book when it comes to the before mentioned devices.
It is a pitty that theres no new edition of this book, the book is from 2002 and since then a lot of things have happened in the RF/Microwave world of semiconductors, however this book still holds its title, I truly recommend it.

Great book

I just finished a masters in RF device design and I have to say that this is a great book. It is written well and covers many different areas in a few short pages. Some of the mathematics could be better explained, but for the most part this is a great, useful, book.
